We welcome homeschool and non-homeschool families to attend our camps.  To register and pay, click on the link below the description of each camp or class in which you wish to participate.  Invite your friends! This year we are offering two levels of Art Camp, Theatre Arts Camp, Music Technology Camp, and a Technology class called “Armor Up”. Band Camp is listed on a separate page: click here.

*Families currently not registered at YMV must add a non-refundable $15.00 processing fee per student.

Theatre Arts Camp

Willy Wonka Jr!!
Ages: rising 3rd graders through rising 12th graders – open to all students; you do not have to be affiliated with YMV ($15 processing fee for non-YMV students)
When: July 14-19
Time: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm rehearsals M-F
Performances: Friday, July 18th @ 7:00 pm & Saturday, July 19th @ 2:30 pm

ART CAMPS

Night at the ART Museum

Ages: 7-12 (must be 7 yrs old by first day of camp)
Dates: M-F, July 7-11
Time: 9:30 am- noon
Cost: $111 per student with $20 supply fee (cash only) paid directly to teacher
Materials required: Solid t-shirt in camper’s size, any color – bring first day of camp

What mischief takes place at the Art Museum when the sun goes down? Get ready to awaken your imagination and curiosity this summer! Campers will be visiting famous art museums without stepping foot outside the art room. Projects will feature different types of visual art and its presentation, while focusing on the art museum experience. Famous works through time will be presented and inspire creativity as campers use a variety of techniques. Camp week ends with a PJ party and Art Show!

AS YOU WISH Altered Books

Ages: 13 yrs and up, including just-graduated seniors (must be 13 by first day of camp)
Dates: M-F, July 21-25
Time: 9:30 am- noon

Materials required: Solid t-shirt in camper’s size, any color – bring first day of camp

Turn old books into personalized works of art with 2025 Teen Summer Camp: AS YOU WISH Altered Books. Altered books bring together a variety of mixed media and papercrafting including acrylic, watercolor, india ink, journaling, embellishing, printmaking, and multiple transfer techniques! The creative possibilities are endless – create this collection just AS YOU WISH!
